TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your order authorizes Always N Forever's professional designer to use any special techniques in preparing, designing and mounting mementos to achieve the best results. It also allows Always N Forever to use images of your floral art for advertising, contest and exhibition purposes.

All Bouquets are disassembled and each flower is pretreated which sets in the natural color. Some flowers may change color slightly. Some color enhancement may be necessary.Some flowers may have been damaged during the wedding. In this case we reserve the right to substitute matching flowers; an extra charge may occur. If it is over $20.00 you will be informed. Any unused flowers will become the property of Always N Forever. Some foliage may be substituted with dried or silk foliage.

Over a period of time flowers may become faded, this is called Victorian shading.

All acrylic and glass is UV protected. To prevent premature fading please keep your floral art out of direct sunlight. Although all displays are sealed, we would ask that your floral art be kept out of moist areas (i.e. bathrooms, kitchens, outside porches).

Please notify us of any address changes. Always N Forever will not be responsible for any incorrect address deliveries.

We will contact you once your floral art is complete to determine a pick up or delivery time. If your display is not picked up within 4 to 6 weeks it will be considered as the property of Always N Forever and used for our display purposes.

As a professional company, Always N Forever stands behind the quality of our work. Please call us immediately if there are any problems with your floral art. We will then make arrangements to rectify the problem. Our 90 day guarantee on workmanship and materials from the date of delivery will give ample time to determine this. During this time all repairs will be done at cost, (shipping not included). Mishandling is not covered. If at any time the floral art gets damaged we will be happy to make any repairs needed at a very reasonable cost. Please notify the courier if the shipment is damaged and then call Always N Forever within 24 hours. Take some pictures of the damage and keep the packing materials. We will then authorize the return. Make sure your return is insured for full value.
